Terms and conditions

• Rates are in US dollars, for foreigners non-resident in Chile, who can benefit from tax free accommodation
• In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total value of the reservation is required
• Tips are not included
• Rates are valid for 1st /November/2012- 15th /May/2013 season
• Check in 15:00 hrs. / Check out 12:00 hrs.

Cancellations

• Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the arrival date: NO charge
• Cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total value of the reservation
• Cancellations between 29 and 0 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total value of the reservation
